A business plan and loan application for the acquisition and adaptive reuse of the Daniel Building located in Birmingham, AL. This 19 floor office building has been left empty for a number of years. The primary goal of this project asks what it will take to bring this building back to life. Based on market research and demand, an affordable housing project is attainable. For this adaptive reuse, a mixed use building is proposed combining retail, office space, and housing. The document below maps out a clear path toward developing this project.
